Scared off
I got cut off 7 times using their 0800 number. Then I read reviews on Hello Peter and was scared off.Bought elsewhere although PC Link was considerably cheaper. If I can't have communication with them when I want to buy something I can't imaging what it would be like if I had a problem. A lesson to online retailers - you have to get it right -m all the time and bad reviews will cost you dearly.

We had problems with our IP phones due to the Internet service provider supplying us with slow internet. It does happen now and then that the phone lines drop due to the slow internet and us using email and the website. They are busy with fibre in our area, and we hope this will sort out our phone problems in the next few weeks. All our products warranty is with the manufacture and not with us. We have been in business since 2011 and had over 800 reviews on Trusted Company. We are also a trusted Price Check store and rank on there home page as one of there top online store.
