(Pc Link Computers.co.za) I engaged with this online store and failed too obtain the product I had ordered. I went more than 3 times to their office based in Roodepoort to request and follow up on why is it taking so long for my refund too materialize as they said the refund would about 1 month. This engagement occurred Date: 2022/01/26. It has been over 3 months and still no response, no refund. Conclusion is that these are ********* and its a pure breed ****. I have sent emails, no response, I have been there physically multiple times, excuses after excuses, called no, answer. As a result this has costed me R5135.00. + petrol and my time. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE. If anything share this information so others wont go thru this.
