SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF FRUSTRATION & TROUBLE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

My advice....... STAY AWAY - Rather spend a few Rand more at another reputable dealer and know that you will receive the kind of service that you expect. Before placing an order for a closed loop CPU cooler on special from R5111 to R4445 I sent an email enquiring if there was defintely stock. Reply from Garth Botha stated that there was stock in the warehouse. I immediately placed the order and paid and sent through the POP. It's now been 19 working days and I still haven't received my order. Since I placed the order they seem to respond to email enquiries only when they feel like it. I can understand now why some SA businesses are going down the tubes. I have since ordered some items off Amazon.com and a shop in the Netherlands that worked out cheaper than any price I could find in SA and that includes courier fees and import duties. My Netherlands order will be delivered on Friday (Took 7 days from day of order placement) and the Amazon order is due on the 2nd of April, And here I still wait for a local order that was supposed to have been delivered within 5 days!
