Run, do not waste your time with these guys.

Do not consider buying from these guys, it is a complete nightmare. I ordered and paid on 21 October, I received 2 emails after that asking me if I am still interested in accepting the quote, it took until 26 Oct before I could confirm that they actually placed te order. That should have warned me about what was to come. The item had a 10 to 25 day lead time, I was OK with this, I could not find it anywhere else. I started enquiring on 26 Nov about progress on the order. On 27 Nov I got a response from George Vorster tasking Dehan or Garth to give me feedback. Between then and 4 December I send 3 emails following up, without any response. Today I asked if they are still able to complete the order, they then asked for my banking details to refund me. I wasted more than a month waiting for something they offered for sale, but could not provide, nor let me know of the fact. I am now trying to get a confirmation that the order is cancelled so I can look for an alternative, I am however not very positive that I will receive any response. In short, run the other way, this is the worse online shopping experience of my live.
