Ridiculous service

One star rating simply because the review web does not allow you to select NO Star at all. Ordered stock in October 2021. In Feb 2022 I requested estmated delivery date and were informed they cannot deliver and a refund will be processed. Nothing to date in spite of numerous emails. Only repose is that order has been updated? What does that even mean?
