Refund on Order 184307

Is anyone able to assist me with the name of the CEO of the company. I still have not received my refund for an order that was cancelled due to non delivery of goods the order was placed 28 January and to date not resolved, so no refund for the cancelled order. The telephone number on the signature of the email does not route you to anyone to contact and follow up with regarding refunds and accounts department nor is anyone replying to my email on when I can expect my refund. Please can anyone provide me with CEO details as legal action is my only other resort.
