Refund Not Received for 2 Months, No Support or Feedback

Had placed an order for computer components shortly before their opening for 2022 on 10 Jan via https://pclinkshop.co.za/; there was a delay in processing of the order due to backlog, during which diagnostics revealed that the components ordered were not those most immediately necessary. The order was cancelled on 15 Jan, PC Link confirmed cancellation and advised refund should be received in 3-7 days from 17 Jan. On Jan 26 the first follow up message was sent. Numerous others sent following; first reply on 10 Feb indicated they would investigate and revert shortly. Complete radio silence until 28 Feb, and still no refund. Despite good experiences prior, would not do business with this supplier again, as cannot wait 2 months for a refund. There is no office number to speak directly with them either.
