REFUND!!

I ordered something on the PC Link Website on the 2nd of September. The confirmation email said I'll receive order 15-20 days. I waited over the estimated time given. Eventually sent an email enquiring about my order. I was told the ETA keeps on moving stock with that being said they'll process my refund which will take 14 days.. On the 13th of October I received an email requesting my banking details for the refund to be processed. Till date no money has been refunded my emails are not being responded too. Their lines are not working I'm starting for feel as I'm chasing waters here.. I'm going ahead with legal proceedings against this company that ****s people their hard earned money.. I want my money!!
