REDEEMING QUALITY

I take back my negative review of this store. I received a call from the Manager today confirming that he had misunderstood my claim and apologized profusely for mis reading the situation. As a token to make amends, he has offered to provide us with a replacement item for free. Very few businesses would go this far to make amends for their error. That's great business practice Paul at PC Link Shop in Florida Glen. Thank you for this kind gesture and for restoring my faith in good businesses.
