Really Slow Service

I ordered a product from your website on the 25th of July and my order is still listed as "Processing" and that it was only placed with the warehouse so far. RTT Couriers contacted me regarding my address on Friday, so I know it's past the processing phase now and that PC Link Computers should have updated it with a tracking number. I also emailed PC Link Computers on Friday about this and I haven't heard from them yet. The customer service really isn't that good.
