READ BEFORE PURCHASING

READ REVIEWS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ONLINE ESPECIALLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have to hesitate with this rating they don't deserve a 5 star let alone this one star that I have to give. We ordered AVAILABLE stock from PC link 2 months ago to build a computer, we made our payment to get the stock within the 3 days waiting period to collect as advised on their site. We tried to call but no answer it is AUTOMATED, we sent emails for weeks to find out what is happening with our order and there was NEVER A RESPONSE!!!! We then sent an email stating we want a refund as we have still not received our stock that we PAID for!!!!! We went to the so called "office/shop" in Roodepoort and we hooted, rang the intercom and there was no answer. They hide behind their gates and are *****s as they don't want to deal with their clients when they want their stock that was paid for.

Once we did an email stating we want a refund and we added our banking details to do the refund, they cancelled our order the following day (How convenient is it they can't email you back when you have a query but when you demand a refund they can respond the following day??!!!!!!!) and advised it would take 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed. After the 7 working days we started following up on our refund.

We received an email from Dehan Williams stating that they are waiting for "feedback regarding the refund" and this is a over a month ago. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED AS WELL AS TO GET FEEDBACK??????

It is now over 2 months and we have not received our refund. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from the company as well as all staff.
