Rainbow High Doll Birthday Gift Never Received

In February 2022 I placed an order for a Rainbow High Doll which was to be a birthday gift for my daughter. My husband and I never spend such money (R720 and total order including delivery being R1010.00) on anything let alone a doll, but with all the kids have been through during the pandemic and with it being her 10th birthday and unable to have a small party to celebrate we decided to put our trust in PC Link Computers and excitedly placed the order for the doll. Within minutes of paying for the order we received confirmation that it had been placed and that it could take up to 10 to 25 days (in fine print of course). It's officially been an entire 4 months later, not one reply has been received on our many emails to customer care, no refund and no doll in site! Sadly my daughter never got her birthday gift and we never managed to get the money (or muster the trust) together to try and buy elsewhere. We have tried to email them on *** / *** as well as ***

Today 16 June 2022 when clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email it says the store is unavailable.

I would really appreciate a reply and either a refund or the goods paid for.
