Product paid for plus delivery but not received and no response to inquiries

I ordered something from this company on 22 June. As at 29 July, 5 weeks later i have not received it. In addition to the cost of the item, i was charged for courier services and the product has still not arrived. I have made attempts to contact them a few times but i receive no response nor are their phones working as a result of remote working. i am concerned that they have taken my money and will not provide the product. the customer service is extremely shoddy given that there is no response to correspondence. I need them to get me the item that i ordered urgently but with no response to emails and no one answering the phone I'm not sure what to do anymore!
