Product ordered, paid, no delivery, no credit, closed until January.

I ordered a gaming mouse for my son in November as a Christmas present. After trying to get feedback for weeks I eventually got a response saying "sorry we were trying to source for you, but we can't find it", although I can find the same unit at three other stores. Now I've been waiting for the credit so I can go and source from somewhere else but they are closed until the 8th Jan. Appalling service, I'm assuming my money is gone and if I don't see it in January will open a case. I thought I'd try out another small business and give them support and got burned. So lesson learned, if you want my advice use Takealot, PC-International, Wootware or EveTech. These guys don't know how to run a business.
