Product not received, still waiting after 3 months!! #28112

I placed an order beginning of December. I bought it as a Christmas gift for a family member. Its almost March and I still havent received anything!!! I sent about 7 emails, all reply I get from them (if they reply) is that my order has been received. Worst company ive ever done business with!!!
