Product not received and poor communication

<div>I placed an order on the 28th of April 2021, order number 20499. They said delivery is within 20 days. I sent a follow up email on May the 18, and the response was that the ETA for the stock is the second week of July. July the 22, I followed up again, from that day onwards, I was sending follow up emails on a daily basis, also requesting a refund if they can't deliver, and I have been getting what seems like the same automated responses from the likes of ***, **** and ****, all saying that they will revert back to me. But they never do.&nbsp;</div>
