Product never deliverd

I bought Cerave Healing Ointment online and paid, last year. After 4 months I called to enquire about my product then Deon said that it will be late receiving in November 2020. I asked them to refund me then will buy as soon as they receive stock they agreed with GERORGE VORSTER. of which I have never refunded my money nor receive the product now they are not taking calls only emails of which they also dont respond
