Pretty decent

Honestly I'm pretty happy with their service. I didn't receive any email confirming my payment was received, neither was I informed that my order has been placed on backlog, which caused unnecessary panic since it was a rather expensive order I placed. Also, they don't seem to respond to support tickets, but if you give them a call they're super friendly and more than happy to help. I also received a bunch of complimentary adapters which I ended up not using as the plugs it required were different, but the gesture was appreciated. Thanks PCLink.
