Poor to no client care

I ordered an item around 20 January from PC link computers with a promised order delivery around 20 days, I received no followup or progress other that informing me on the 29th January, there will be a delay and the delivery date is: "end of Feb as the delay is due to MY US experiencing difficulty logging and shipping of items".

I attempted several times to contact them via e-mail and telephone only to receive an automated e-mail and and automated voice recording which is of no use. It is now 29th of March and still no response. I have since requested a refund and a cancellation of the order. I have also not received a response.
