POOR SERVICE . NO REFUND.

I placed an order for an inverter on 16th March 2022. The order was comfirmed. I did not hear anything from them for a week. On the 24th March I sent and email to check on my order. I was told the supplier has no stock and a refund will be processed. On 31st March 2022 I sent another email to enquire about my refund. I got no response. On 1st April I sent another email and told that the matter was referred to the admin department. Its now 6th April 2022 and I have not heard from PC LInk computers nor have I received my refund of R8500,00. They continue to advertise for the inverter despite not having any stock.
