POOR SERVICE - NO COMMUNICATION

I ordered a Carpet Cleaner from PC Link on the 25th September 2020. The payment went through immediately and I receive an automated response , indicating that the item I purchased will be delivered in 20 working days.

Communication does not exist. You can't call - only e-mail communication.

It is now the 31st January and I still have not received my order, nor any indication when it will be delivered.
