Poor service. Empty promises.

Ordered from PC Link Computers on 20 Sept. Website promised delivery in 3-5 days. By 5 Oct I have received nothing and made a query via email. I was informed that the supplier is out of stock and that my order will be cancelled. The money will be back in my account by 14 days. It has been 24 days since and no sign of my money. Same answer to any email queries: I will follow-up with the accounts department.
