Poor service delivery

I placed an order on 14 Jan 2021 and after 4 working days still have be not received a tracking number for the items. Each day i have sent mails to Jaco Venter but they always reply with some vague answer. There is no customer service at all. Today i decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund and was informed now that it would take up to 14 working days to refund. Maybe their prices are slightly better than other places but its not worth the wait and while. They wont see me again.
