Poor service and ********** communication

Hi,

I echo the sentiments of many other reviewers and regret not reading these reviews before purchasing from them. I placed an order on 23 June. Last response received from someone was 28 June. I have since followed up on 8 July, 13 July and today, 15 July, with no replies received to any of these emails.
