POOR SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

Ordered parts 17/08/2020 delivery was to be 15-21 days, December 2020 they informed me that they apparently delivered to the wrong person and could not give me any tracking details for the delivery or get the parts back from this person. They informed me that full amount will be paid back asap. This NEVER happened!! you cant phone them as they are only available via E Mail. I sent them all relevant documents to refund and since then nobody has made contact with me for the refund.
