Poor service

The service is so bad I've bought laptop's covers from Huawei with the value of R2740 estimated, received email on 1st of February from Garth confirming that my order# 17442 was received but it's not laptop's because I am in need of laptop's I requested him to cancel the transaction on the 1st of February 2021. Until now today on response from their office , I've been sending cancellation request on their enquiry PC link.co.za no answer. PLEASE HELP I NEED THAT MONEY BACK
