Poor service
Placed my order this past sunday with website showing 2 in stock. Paid from FNB to FNB so funds are indeed cleared. Website says pickup in Midrand but no details given of address. Sent proof of payment including questions regarding where ,how do I fetch order etc and no replies . I called the number given and waited 32minuted keep telling me I am in que finally get to the front and says operators busy to take call send an email.
As a first time buyer I will not make use of your service again as it simply sucks . Please advise when and where I should fetch my items alternately please process my refund . We all work and have busy lives and seriously have no time holding on for 32minutes and time to deal with poor service in this day and age.
Lastly appologies doesnt help

Orders are placed from first to last meaning that the customers order was to be placed after all the previous orders.
Customer never confirmed whether same day collection was available for his products as stated on our order confirmation form.
