Poor Service

I placed an order and paid 2 weeks ago with promised delivery of 2 days. You cannot phone the company as they want communication via email. The phones do not get answered. I was promised the goods would be dispatched on Thursday. Nothing received and all follow up mails go ignored..It is extremely frustrating
