Poor Service

Placed an order with them in May 2021 and was told the item would only be arriving in the country at the end of July 2021. The order was cancelled and I was assured I would be refunded within 30 days as per there refund policy. You are only able to contact them via email and they only provide you with a generic response that they will revert back after discussion with the accounts department. I would advise everyone not to utilize this company.
