POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shocking service, ordered memory from them, granted, I knew it would take around 21 days to arrive however 30 days later and still no product or any follow-up. I had to send multiple email to find out what was happening eventually they said "it hasn't arrived, what would I like to do?" "errrrr.... get my memory, call your supplier and get a tracking number" The response was received with no tracking number just stating end of November. Anyways the memory arrived that day.....? The product was incorrect and I tried to contact them about their returns policy and still no reply - BIG surprise there. SO basically no customer service, I had to tell the rep how to do his job to chase my order and no response to the customer! Think I will definitely NOT be using this company again and would suggest that you give this company a skip!
