Poor customer service and I wouldn’t rely on the indicated delivery timelines

My last experience has been/ still is quite disappointing. Made an order which on the website indicated 48h delivery. The order was delivered only after a week and only after multiple emails most of which went unanswered. The order eventually delivered I believe is incorrect, have sent multiple emails on this to date still no response. Still waiting for resolution.
