Poor customer care

Unable to give a positive review based on my first transaction with them. I ordered and paid for items which they buy in from China and was not able to call them as their voice mail states that they are not contactable for inquiries, even as serious as mine was. No communication or upfront warning that my order was cancelled because the supplier in China declared my order to be dangerous goods (dslr camera batteries), they only responded to my e-mail query for which I waited for over 2 weeks for responses. I was only allowed to contact them via e-mail which they responded to with delays. I waited 3 months to be refunded.
