Poor communication and wrong specs for order #137641

Very Poor communication , If I didn't drive there and esquire about my purchase I would most likely still be missing . One at the physical address I received some assistance . The laptop I bought says same day collection but that was not the case I had to wait more than a week . Also the laptop I bought specifications were wrongly described and the graphics card is not as was described in the specifications. I questioned this but as if yest no feedback ..... I will not recommend them
