Poor and unfairbservice

On the, 20th of September I ordered a product from overseas using my mobicred credit. I immidiately received a confirmation with my personal details and shipping adress.

The site read my order will take between 10-20 working days.

I waited to 20 days. While waiting no one contacted me to gve me feedback. When I emailed to can e the order in day 35 I was told that I signed or agreed to a rule that say I can e the order I will have to pay 30% of the product.

Then the waiting period changed from 20 days to 45 working days. Dehan Williams told me he will only refund me if my order is beyond 45 days.

On day 46 I expected them to process my refund as stated but no they did not instead he send me an email to say he wants my adress which I did fill in initial. I told him it's day 46 and he is supposed to process refund.

To cut a long story he gave an authorisation to refund less 30% which was still calculated incorrectly. I have sent proofs to all parties involved. They pretend to sell overseas product which will never reach customer and they still make money out of nothing.

He advised that I did not fill in my adress. No online shopping system will get a customer to pay for an item without completing personal details otherwise it defeat the purpose of online.

I sent them proof of email to show that the adress was not the issue. He turned around and said my shipping adress is not my address as if he now knows where I live.

I sent him copy of a previous online sale that has the same adress to all parties involved none of the parties came back to me. Pc link, Mobicred and Payfast.
