Pompous attitude, not willing to rectify mistakes
Extremely Unhappy with the service from these guys, Their website is misleading in terms of the collection address as well as an incorrect branch code listed for payments. IT CLEARLY STATES when placing an order that you are able to collect in Midrand, However upon speaking to a representative i was told that only SOME items can be collected in Midrand. This is completely misleading as it is an option online to choose where collection can be done from, and is now a inconvenience to sort out. Upon Calling them to inform them of these errors and ask them to rectify the wording online, they conceded that this was an issue but were not willing to rectify it or my order. Instead i was told that my issue was insignificant with respect to the amount of customers they have.
It clearly states on the checkout form that same day Midrand collection is available on selected products and that customers need to confirm with us if the product is eligible for this. We have customers confirming with us daily if the order is eligible or not.
This information is displayed when you select same day collection. We do not mislead our customers and if I may show you what it states in our terms and conditions below:
- SAME DAY COLLECTION WAREHOUSE. Same day collection from the Warehouse in Midrand or Woodmead On Select Products. Payment for any order must be made upfront and must reflect in our account before we process the order. Please confirm if your selected item is available for same day collection at warehouse as not all warehouses allow end user collections.
As stated, our customers need to confirm that same day collection is available as our suppliers may need to ship the item from other provinces in the event that they do not have on-hand stock or in the event that they do not allow for same day collection.
