Please let me know when I can expect deliver of my (not inexpensive) order

HI PC Link. I have been sending emails since Friday to ask about the status of my order but I merely recieve an automated reply that my email has been received. I would like to track the order, and have no way of doing this as they do not answer their phone. I have requested a response from their Whatsapp number, from Google Maps, from Facebook Messenger, and have recieved NO communication.
