Please help me with this

I have orders a simple cable from them in January... they have advised that delivery will be delayed to this week and when i follow up on status, no response... the reviews on here and other social platforms are only making me more nervous. I don't know how to get a response as their telephone line has an automated voice advising on them only being available through email.
