I hate writing bad reviews, but I really can not keep this bottled up inside me anymore. An import order that took more that 80 working days to finally arrive at it's destination was already much more than what could be considered a fair waiting time. Then lo and behold, it was the wrong part shipped from the supplier (apparently). No problem, as Dehan confirmed a full refund after the collection of the wrongly supp**** parts. Since then...nothing...NADA....ZILTCH....BOGGEROL.....F.KOL. I was sued by the client for whom I ordered the parts for more that the purchase price due to costs involved for litigation. I have told them about that as well, and again...nothing...NADA....ZILTCH....BOGGEROL.....F.KOL.
