Pleasantly surprised! Comms need work though...

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch at an amazing price (compared to Dion Wired, Raru, Takealot, Incredible Connection) from PC Link Computers on Black Friday. This was my first time ever using their service. As per usual I basically studied the internet to see if they are (1) legit and (2) reliable. I saw some (very) mixed reviews, but decided to take a chance.

The Watch delivered a single working day later and in perfect sealed condition. And I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. As I mentioned, the pricing was also the best deal I could find - apparently it is still a very decent price even after Black Friday for anyone looking.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of their communication: I used the "Direct Banking" option and sent the Proof of Payment as requested, but never received an e-mail indicating that they received it. Their site also kept saying "On Hold" next to my order (even after it was delivered). I e-mailed both the Accounts and Info addresses with neither of them replying. That made me quite nervous, so I called the helpline. It took a while to get through as it cut me off a few times before it started ringing. When I eventually got hold of them a very nice dude answered and told me that they did receive my payment, he confirmed my delivery address and told me the site is very slow in updating.

So all in all it was a fast and great experience, but they seriously need to work on answering electronic queries.
