Placed an order with PC LINK COMPUTERS

I have order a item from pc link computers on the 23 Feb 2022, about 4 days later the status still showed unpaid after I have paid the item on the same day, try to call but all automated and you cannot talk to anyone. Send an email to ask what is happening. Few days later only an answer to say "not sure what happened". The status changed from not paid to paid to in progress another few days later I asked where is the package. All on email and again the response "they have one but cannot find it"!!! How would I like to proceed, this after I already asked for my money back. again an email to them requesting my money back, sent my banking details and waited. Another email to ask why it is taking so long. a response from them 7-10 working days. And again you cannot call anyone!!!! sent another 2 emails to which I only got a ticket number. This all started 23 March 2022 up to today 01 April 2022 do not gave my item do not have my money. Very frustrating if the only response is by email. My opinion its a lousy company and ***********s' people working at it. hopefully some will read this and then get a response. If the stars represent their service there must be a minus behand all of them.
