PcLinks poor service and delivery.

Wel then 1 to 2 days to process an order and then 1 to 3 days to deliver in Gauteng as per your sales reps. That in itself is pathetic, especially when the delivery address is 20kms (30 mins drive) away from your store. Due to my working hours I can't get to a store and thus I make use of delivery, but if it takes you that long just to deliver one product then you shouldn't offer delivery services coz you obviously dont have the manpower nor capability to do deliveries at an acceptable time frame, even to an address in close proximity of your store and warehouse. And perhaps keep your customers up to date n their orders and not have them follow up to make you give them an update. I could've had this product last week if I made it on the same day from another supplier, but like a idiot I opted for a cheaper price rather than better service.

And if it was with the couriers by now then it wouldn't be a problem, but my order isn't with the couriers coz of you laidback and slow processing orders attitude. I like how you keep defending your poor service with excuses rather than coming up with solutions to actually keep your customers happy and ensuring future business. But no, not you, you'd rather not take responsibility and make excuses. Please do continue telling me how justifiable your pathetic service and delivery time is and in no way you need to keep your customers happy with acceptable service and regular updates on their orders.
