Pclink stole people's money and ran off

Hi I purchased a CCTV set from them on the 28 February 2022 ,however after couple of emails they said the item is not in stock and they would initiate a refund,however no refund has been issued upto now,I therefore contacted payfast who is the payment platform and they said that there accounts are empty and they can't process a refund,I should open a case with the police,I think these guys made of with people's money...

I REPORTED TO CARTE BLANCH,IF ALL THE CLIENTS REPORT,WE CAN HAVE THEM DO A FULL INVESTIGATION ON THESE ******
