PCLink shop does not produce goods on payment. Still waiting after a year

Be careful when using PCLink computers I havent received my order for more than a year. I have been hounding them without success. They answer emails sometimes but nothing comes of it. Still waiting for them to refund me after many excuses as to why the order never came. I even suggestes replacing the order with something else i need if they dont want to pay me but even that came to nothing. If you dont want to lose money rather choose a different service provider
