I purchased a speaker from them costing me about R3500 in August last year. It was delivered in October. No problem there because of covid. I had numerous emails with them during this period. When the speaker arrived the power cable was faulty and they arranged for it to be collected. The speaker was collected, and it's January now I have not heard anything from them. No refund nothing. They stole my money literally because I ha e speaker an no communiqué from them. Stay away from these. Don't donate your hard earned cash to these ****s. There stores number on the website also just rings. No alternative number available too.
