PCLink Computers - False Advertising - False Delivery Promises-Bad Customer Service

This is my second bad review on PCLink Computers on my order#11468: Ordered and paid in full on 18 August 2020 @ 3.21pm.

After numerous back and forth emails requesting when I will get my order, they keep on giving me a different delivery date with different excuses. Dehan Williams the one person even went now today 8 October 2020 lying in an email to say that they are still within their delivery time frame of 45 working days. This is a blatant lie as delivery time after purchase clearly states 20 working days. Here is the timeframe of emails to judge for yourself. I know that I will NEVER EVER buy from them again and will make sure to tell anyone who asks me NOT to buy from them. They also lie on their website Where they clearly indicate that stock is available for purchase, so you pay and then only you get an email after you paid telling you that the stock have a delivery time of 20 working days! Email Summary: 18/08/2020 @ 3:21pm Order placed and paid in full Order #11468 25/08/2020 @ 10:14am I request an update on my order 26/08/2020 @ 11/04am Dehan Williams rep****: delivery scheduled 3rd week September. 21/09/2020 @ 4:38 Email sent, This is the 3rd week in September and still no delivery. 22/09/2020 @ 11:28am Email sent again - still no reply 22/09/2020 @ 12:18pm Garth Botha apologized for inconvenience. ETA is now 28/09/2020. 22/09/2020 @ 15:04 Dehan Williams also rep**** - ask me to remove my post from Hellopeter where I rep**** at 15:31 that I will only remove my post when I have my order in my hand. 28/09/2020 @ 17:00pm Still no delivery as promised by Garth 30/09/2020 @ 08:29 Dehan Williams rep**** that delivery are sheduled for this week. 30/09/2020 @ 12:35pm Garth told me that my order is at their Courier Hub and is currently awaiting clearance. 08/10/2020 sent email to Garth - still no delivery 08/10/2020 @ 11:00am Dehan tells me delivery is out of their hands and that he is still in his 45 day delivery time frame.

Wow, now they have conveniently increased delivery time from 20 working days to a sudden 45 working days without notifying me the client!
