Pc links Computers needs Customer Service
Since I placed my order, I have recieved the poorest communication ever. They don't have a telephone number that one can call to find out the progress of the delivery and they take days to answer any email, with the least of information.
I would not trust them to deliver Christmas stuff. Their Customer services sucks!!!
When you promise to deliver, you must keep that promise.

26 Nov 2020, 05:35So after many attempts at getting at response from PC Links, the posts on Hello Peter complaining about their delivery and response services got their attention. Unfortunately, they still fid not have any good news and told me about a delay that ensures that their delivery time is now double their originally promised one.
At this stage, Christmas is ruined!!!
PC link Shop is blaming US couriers for the delay. Why is it that it is the customer ego has to push to get the answers and then find there is a delay that the shop did not bother to tell the customer. Its all lies. I dont believe it for a moment. PC links must deliver ASAP, else they must be forced to REFUND.
I maintain that we need an intermediary financial services company to hold payments made for client when doing online shopping so they when they don't deliver like PC Link Shop, we can request a refund and they lose the sale.
