Pc Link - worst possible customer service!!

Bought an air fryer from them on 29 November 2021. Paid the same day. Never received the product. Requested to cancel order and refund me. Up until today, no refund from them. Worst customer service, you can only contact via e-mail and they don't care about you, no feedback or answers since November 2021! Stay away from PL Link, they are a lot of **********!
