PC Link worst customer service ever

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a camera battery from them in February. They never answer any emails sent to them. I phone them before the national lockdown in March to find out what is happening with my order. They confirmed that the order has arrived and it will be delivered on the coming friday. This was after several unanswered emails, i finally got through to them on they’re phone number. The lockdown unfortunately started on the Thursday, the day before i was supposed to receive my parcel. Since then i have not been able to get hold of these people as they’re phone number just says to mail them, but they never answer mails. I will not recommend them to any one. Horrible customer service.
