PC link unsatisfactory service and no after sale assistance

Was requested by PC Link (George) to return graphics card, not working in December 2020, which was still in warranty period. Numerous e-mails sent to them have been to no avail. Promise after promise from Darren, George and Maurice. I have not yet received a new graphics card or refund. Its already been almost 4 months and my poor son is still having to wait for his graphics card to be replace or money refunded. Think twice about buying anything from this lot.
