PC Link - Such a lack of integrity and customer care.

I have never had such a traumatic experience with a business. I know much of it is as a result of my trusting the business, but I still thought I should share the experience here.

I ordered something worth over R5000. The order came very late, so I asked for them to process a return. They agreed to, and told me to courier the product back to them so they can process it. After it was sent back, they completely went AWOL, effectively having my money AND the product back in their possession. I went into personal expense in order to courier the product back to them. It is so unbelievably sinful to lie and ***** from innocent customers in the way this company does. I don't know if I will ever be able to get my money back ever again, but I am thoroughly saddened by this experience, from a local company in whom I put my trust.
